Title ERP Business Analyst Compensation and Benefits $90k-$135k, Medical benefits, vacation, other About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic ERP Business Analyst to lead a transformative ERP journey across multiple business units. In this role, you will serve as the essential link between technology and operations — ensuring that systems, processes, and people work in harmony. You’ll thrive here if you love solving problems, streamlining workflows, and helping teams adopt technology with confidence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (PMP is an asset). 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with strong ERP implementation or optimization exposure. Excellent understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and retail business processes. Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Experience with integrations, data migration, workflow documentation, and system evaluations. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, BlueCherry, Aptean, or similar. Familiarity with EDI, WMS, and retail technology. Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Exposure to change‑management and user‑training best practices. What You’ll Do Lead the full lifecycle of a new ERP implementation, including system evaluation and selection. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Design, and IT to gather requirements and design effective solutions. Own UAT, training, documentation, and post‑launch optimization to ensure a smooth transition. Identify and support integrations with key systems (WMS, Retail, EDI, CRM). Map current workflows to spot inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities. Recommend best practices to enhance data accuracy, inventory management, and cross‑departmental collaboration. Align operational processes with ERP functionality to support reporting and performance goals. Act as a trusted expert, translating technical capabilities into practical business value. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high‑quality project delivery. Deliver ongoing training, support, and change‑management initiatives to promote user adoption. Uphold data integrity and ensure consistent, reliable system information. Develop and refine dashboards for better visibility and smarter decision‑making.
