Proven experience with DLP platform migration or similar large-scale IT security migrations. Familiarity with managing DLP platforms (e.g. Forcepoint, McAfee, Digital Client, etc.) and cloud-based DLP solutions. Strong understanding of data security and data protection best practices. Skills Hands-on experience with DLP control ruleset creation, modification, and migration. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize DLP control rulesets to minimize disruptions while ensuring maximum data protection. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, detect security risks, and optimize security control rulesets. Proficiency in scripting or automation tools for DLP control ruleset management (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based DLP solutions and integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace). Knowledge of advanced data leakage prevention techniques like content inspection, behavioural analysis, and machine learning-based detection.
