Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure effective inter-department communication for day of operations. Communicate to Senior Management operational irregularities and impact. Prepare, and communicate daily operations summaries and host daily operational conference calls. Oversee day of allocation decisions according to operational schedules Provide oversight and direction for irregular operations handling, including the pre-planning for forecast events. Develop and oversee a team of direct report Operational Control Coordinators through feedback, mentoring, and performance management. Lead and oversee the various Operational Departments in the Operations Centre to ensure Menzies standards, and values are followed. Decision maker for operations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience 2 to 4 years management experience in the Airport Ground Handling Business. A proven track record in managing an operational department. Experience in operational planning and resource allocation. Excellent leadership and people management skills Must be able to hold and maintain all required security clearances. Able to work with a multi-cultural team and to adjust to the station environment. Good knowledge of the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement. Drive for continuous improvement and process development of the business. Tâches et responsabilités essentielles Assurer une communication interdépartementale efficace pour les opérations quotidiennes. Communiquer à la haute direction les irrégularités opérationnelles et leur impact. Préparer et communiquer les résumés des opérations quotidiennes et organiser des conférences téléphoniques quotidiennes sur les opérations. Superviser les décisions d'affectation quotidiennes en fonction des calendriers opérationnels. Assurer la supervision et la direction du traitement des opérations irrégulières, y compris la planification préalable des événements prévus. Développer et superviser une équipe de coordinateurs du contrôle opérationnel qui relèvent directement de vous, par le biais de commentaires, de mentorat et de gestion des performances. Diriger et superviser les différents départements opérationnels du centre des opérations afin de garantir le respect des normes et des valeurs de Menzies. Prendre les décisions relatives aux opérations. Autres tâches assignées. Qualifications et expérience 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en gestion dans le secteur des services d'assistance en escale dans les aéroports. Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'un service opérationnel. Expérience dans la planification opérationnelle et l'allocation des ressources. Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion du personnel. Capacité à obtenir et à conserver toutes les habilitations de sécurité requises. Capacité à travailler avec une équipe multiculturelle et à s'adapter à l'environnement de la station. Bonne connaissance de l'accord standard de l'IATA sur l'assistance en escale. Volonté d'améliorer en permanence et de développer les processus de l'entreprise. Veiller à ce qu'aucun abus des biens de la Société ne se produise.
