Specialized Wealth Management Network Technical Support Agent

Wealth Management’s Business Solutions Department is looking for a Specialized Wealth Management Technical Support Agent. Your role is to provide user support and assistance for IT applications: configuration, sharing best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and IT and technical incident management. The ability to make quality decisions and know when to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to: Carry out MIC platform management activities (for example: system automation verification, access group management). Complete basic network activities (for example, resetting passwords, configuring new users, performing regular maintenance procedures). Produce and send reports on problems encountered and follow up as needed. Compile statistics or other data on compliance with service standards. If necessary, inform the online support team of changes to be made to the computer equipment. Carry out IT system and equipment activities (for example, activation, configuration, maintenance and repair). Analyze equipment needs, propose solutions and acquisition and disposal sequences, and follow up as needed. Serve as IT and technology expert for users. Help them optimize their use of systems and equipment, solve problems and propose solutions, refer more complex situations and follow up as needed. Develop and propose simple training activities for users on computer equipment and IT systems. Help plan and carry out the activities required for the rollout or upgrade of micro-computer solutions. Ensure the application of IT security standards, procedures, advice and recommendations. Oversee all activities related to the flow of technical information needed to ensure the platform works optimally. Manage and update various applications on the web and platform, as well as profiles, standardized groups and user codes. Manage licences for various applications (for example, Paltrak network, Expert module) and the fees associated with it.
