We're looking for a reliable and skilled content creator and digital marketing coordinator who can help us bring our brand stories to life across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.This role is focused on strong execution: creating and delivering high-quality content, building emails, assisting with paid ads, and supporting digital campaigns — based on clear direction and planning.The Role:We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated executor who loves working behind the scenes to create beautiful and consistent content. You’ll take campaign plans and turn them into engaging posts, emails, ads, and landing pages — bringing ideas to life through great writing, visuals, and execution.This is a freelance/contractor role with consistent hours (~30–35 hours/week) and potential for long-term growth with our brand.Location: Winnipeg preferred (for in-person content creation opportunities), but open to strong remote candidates across Canada.What You’ll Do:Social Media (50%)Create and post 4–5 pieces of content weekly (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).Capture and edit basic photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).Edit visuals in Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.Write captions that align with our brand voice (personal, warm, and engaging).Schedule posts and assist with community engagement.Email Marketing (25%)Create 2+ email campaigns per week (promotions, storytelling, launches, education).Maintain and refresh our automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase).Analyze email performance (open rates, click rates) and suggest improvements.Paid Ads (15%)Create effective ad creatives for Meta and Google.Assist in maintaining and monitoring ad budgets through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Coordinate paid promotions linked to launches and campaigns.Landing Pages and Shopify Support (10%)Build simple Shopify landing pages for new product launches and email campaigns.Ensure a strong visual layout and clear calls-to-action.Use Figma and Notion to follow campaign layouts and organize content.Who You Are:A digital storyteller with 3–5+ years experience in social media, email marketing, and/or content creation.Strong writing skills and a good eye for design and brand consistency.Comfortable shooting/editing basic Reels or TikToks using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and basic ad reporting.Familiar with Shopify (or quick to learn) for creating simple landing pages.Must-Have Skills:Shopify: Confident in creating and updating landing pages (no coding required but theme customization basics are a bonus).Klaviyo: Experienced in building email campaigns and flows, segmenting audiences, and analyzing reports.Figma: Ability to use Figma for content planning, storyboarding, and campaign asset layout.Notion: Comfortable working inside Notion for project management and campaign coordination.Video Editing: Experience editing short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.Photo Editing: Skilled with Adobe Photoshop (or similar) for high-quality social and ad visuals.Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager for boosting posts and managing ads.Compensation:Freelance Contract: $3000–$4200 CAD/month, depending on experience.Expected Hours: ~30–35 hours/weekFreelance/contractor role, paid monthly.Potential to grow into a salaried role with benefits as the brand expands.How to Apply:Send us:A short note about why you're excited about Anne Mulaire and this role.Links to your portfolio, Instagram/TikTok you’ve managed, or writing samples.(Bonus) If you have Shopify experience, share a landing page example or tell us a bit about it #J-18808-Ljbffr
