Build It Safe. Build It to Last.We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembler who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys hands-on mechanical assembly. In this role, you’ll assemble, fit, and install mechanical and hydraulic components to create subassemblies and finished products that meet exacting quality and safety standards.If you enjoy working with tools, reading drawings, and seeing complex equipment come together through precision and teamwork, this role offers the chance to do work you can stand behind.What You’ll DoAssembly & InstallationArrange, assemble, and install prefabricated mechanical components to create subassemblies and finished productsUse a variety of hand and power tools including grinders, trimmers, and precision measuring instrumentsPosition, align, and adjust parts to ensure proper fit, function, and assembly accuracyConnect cables, tubes, wiring, and hydraulic linesSecure components using bolting, riveting, and other fastening and joining techniquesFabricate hydraulic hose assembliesOperate small cranes or lifting devices to move or position larger componentsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsUse computer systems to issue inventory and open, update, and close work ordersProduction & Equipment CareMeet production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standardsPerform basic preventive maintenance to ensure tools and equipment remain in safe working conditionTeamwork & Continuous ImprovementWork collaboratively as part of a skilled production teamSupport additional technical or administrative tasks as requiredIdentify and recommend process improvements to supervisors to enhance efficiency, quality, or safetySafety Is Non-NegotiableThis is a safety-sensitive position.
