Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred CPHR Designation an asset Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws, HR best practices and compliance Experience in administration of payroll and benefits Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong proficiency with data analysis tools for metrics reporting Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport and trust with employees Unionized experience is preferred Ability to do light travel in Canada and US Ability to work 100% onsite, full‑time Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
