Since its origin in 2004, it has been specialized in the watches and jewellery multi‑brand retail. http://www.hourpassion.com Job description As an Hour Passion Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as an Ambassador while embodying Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem‑Solving, and Humility and Integrity. Starting base pay of $17.90 per hour plus monthly performance bonus. Responsibilities include Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge. Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store's visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards. Working Conditions Work is performed with moderate physical effort required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS. Employment Status Part‑Time: Up to 29 hours per week. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 29 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates. Profile Availability to work opening and closing shifts; flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills. Must be a self‑starter who works well independently and in team environments. Ability to communicate in a clear concise and understandable manner. Results oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Passion for sales and working in fast paced environment. Professional requirements At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories. Experience working with POS systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
