Overview:
**No WEEKEND We are located in Toronto Path Downtown toronto**

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a retail environment with a focus on sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
