Senior Product Analyst

OverviewWe are looking for dedicated Senior Product Analysts to join our growing Montreal team. You will support the game teams, working alongside other analysts and data scientists. You will encounter a range of challenges from data mining to reporting and support various business customers. Your contributions will help craft Product Madness games into their best versions yet, ensuring the game teams make informed decisions based on actionable insights and recommendations.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the game team to support day-to-day data needsProvide insights to optimise existing and build new in-game featuresShare findings with the game teams and the wider Product Madness communityCraft reports to capture daily metrics in areas such as player engagement and monetisationMonitor in-game behaviour of players exposed to GameOps events and AB testsInvestigate issues and data anomalies arising in-gameImplement in-game tracking and produce end-to-end data pipelines in collaboration with the data engineering teamUncover new perspectives to continually delight playersEncourage creativity in how we design, test, verify, and implement new solutionsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of demonstrated ability in a product or data analyst role1+ year of experience with Free-to-Play (F2P) games, social casino titles, RMG, or equivalent customer-facing digital businessesStrong SQL and Excel skillsExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, QlikView, Tableau, etc.)Experience in designing and analysing A/B testsAbility to translate game needs into data analytics requirementsStrong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills with a passion for dataFluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fieldExperience with Python and/or RWhy Product MadnessAs part of the Aristocrat family, we bring joy to life through play with a world-class team creating top-grossing titles in the social casino genre.
