Join to apply for the Senior Product Analyst role at Product Madness 📱🎮 We are looking for dedicated Senior Product Analysts ready to join our growing Montreal team. In this role, you will support the game teams, working alongside other analysts and data scientists. You'll come across a mix of challenges that span the entire data work spectrum, from data mining to reporting, and have the chance to support different business customers. Your contribution will help craft Product Madness games into their best versions yet, ensuring the game teams make informed decisions based on actionable insights. What You'll Do Work closely with the game team to support their day‑to‑day data needs Provide insights to optimize existing and build new in‑game features Share findings with the game teams and the broader Product Madness community Craft reports to capture daily critical metrics, such as player engagement or monetisation Supervise the evolving in‑game behaviour of players exposed to GameOps events and A/B tests Investigate issues arising in‑game and data anomalies Implement in‑game tracking and produce end‑to‑end data pipelines that empower end users together with the data engineering team Uncover new perspectives that help us delight players Encourage creativity in our design, testing, verification, and implementation of new solutions What We’re Looking For Passionate about quantitative analysis Intuitive and proactive in data interpretation Capable of generating actionable business insights for the game teams and Product Madness as a whole Experienced with game or user‑experience‑focused datasets Thrilled to collaborate closely with diverse teams of business collaborators, product analysts, and data scientists Qualifications 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a product or data analyst role 1+ year of experience with F2P games, social casino titles, or similar mobile game or customer‑facing digital businesses Strong SQL and Excel skills Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, QlikView, Tableau, etc. Experience setting up and analysing A/B‑tests Ability to solve sophisticated problems and communicate solutions to varied audiences Ability to translate game needs into data analytics requirements Strong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills with a passion for numbers Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field Experience with Python and/or R Why Product Madness?
