Personal Lines Insurance Advisor - Downtown, Prince George Location: 901 Victoria Street, Prince George, BC Job Summary: Provide new quotes on all personal lines types of business, renewals, and exceptional customer service, covering ICBC Autoplan and other lines as required. Responsibilities Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business Provide renewal terms and optional coverage Provide excellent customer service to our clients Cover ICBC Autoplan and other lines as required Offer additional products to provide complete customer portfolios Maintain detailed notes on our computer system at all times (paperless environment) Update evaluators when necessary Keep abeyances updated and current Accounts receivable management Qualifications Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to attain Level 2 One-year insurance office experience Strong communication skills with underwriters, customers, and team members Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Flexibility in job duties and/or hours as necessary Knowledge of company portal an asset Computer skills including Word and Excel Benefits Competitive salary with scale based on education, skill set, license level, experience and hours worked Extended medical and dental benefits package RRSP matching Education and training opportunities Potential career development opportunities in other lines of business or departments How to Apply Please visit the careers section on our website at https://jmins.com/careers/#Apply-Now.
