About the Role We’re looking for a data‑driven, creative and results‑oriented Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our multi‑channel growth engine. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, and wants to build and experiment with programs that generate high‑quality leads, nurture prospects across the lifecycle and accelerate revenue. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall demand generation strategy aligned with company goals, growth targets, and sales objectives. Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels, including PPC, SEO, CRO, email, paid social, sponsorships and emerging channels. Paid Media Management: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid channels, ensuring strong ROI and pipeline contribution. Lifecycle Marketing: Design and manage multi‑channel lifecycle programs that engage, nurture, and convert prospects at every stage of the funnel. AI‑Powered Automation: Leverage AI‑driven tools and workflows to improve targeting, campaign personalization, lead scoring, and marketing efficiency. Technology & Operations: Manage marketing technology stack (automation, CRM integrations, attribution tools, reporting systems) to ensure campaigns run efficiently and data flows seamlessly. Performance & Analytics: Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness, report on KPIs, and make data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, allocate spend across channels, and optimize investment for maximum impact. Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure demand programs are aligned with messaging and business priorities. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing. Proven success in managing paid acquisition channels with strong ROI. Hands‑on experience with relevant marketing software, automation platforms and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and present findings clearly. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize, and execute across multiple channels simultaneously. Strong project management skills with experience running integrated campaigns end‑to‑end. Experience leveraging AI‑driven marketing tools and automation to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness is a strong plus. A test‑and‑learn mindset with a passion for optimization and growth.
