We recognize and value each employee\'s contributions to our success, which is why we offer competitive compensation including an annual bonus program, 100% company paid health benefits including a professional attire benefit, employer-matched pension plan, paid continuing education (including immersion courses), and career advancement opportunities within our brokerage.At Brio Insurance, our culture code is:Do goodBe betterOwn itMove forwardCreate funThe Auto Insurance Specialist I is primarily responsible for processing basic insurance transactions and auto policies.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesThis position processes basic insurance transaction and auto policies.Processes auto and basic insurance transactions under the supervision of a more senior licensed broker.Identifies client needs and provides information on basic insurance products such as risk coverage, benefits and other policy features best suited to meet the client\'s needs; works with clients to manage and reduce their risk.Recommends and implements a client’s insurance coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio/Interlake Insurance products and services.Support the achievement of department and organizational goals as well as actively participates in regular staff meetings.Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment.Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to organizational policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.This list is not inclusive and other tasks and/or responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.Essential QualificationsLevel 1 or working towards Level 1 Brokers licenseDemonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional mannerStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail with high degree of accuracyAbility to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressureAbility to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisionsKnowledge of Brio Insurance products and servicesAbility to follow standardized policies and proceduresKnowledge of risk management within the insurance industryProficient computer skillsEmployee Sub-Type: RegularContact Informationhttps://accesscu.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/Brio_Careers #J-18808-Ljbffr
