Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing/Marketing Team Lead, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive business goals and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns that are effective, efficient, and full of impact. Join our talented marketing crew, and let’s create some marketing magic together What You'll be Doing Manage and maintain company websites of multiple locations Work with operations teams to create monthly marketing calendars Handle any in store or out of store events Work with internal and external marketing team on lead generation, ensuring monthly targets are met Maintain all social media platforms at all locations you support Assist with execution of email and text campaigns What We’re Looking For You live and breathe marketing — creative, curious, and driven to make an impact. Minimum one year of formal marketing training with a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Background in marketing coordination, digital campaigns, or social media management is a strong asset. Organized multitasker with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. Positive, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun, and adventure‑loving culture.
