Location South Shore of Montreal with possibility of 100% remote work. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced lawyer with at least 7 years of practice and a diverse skill set, including insurance litigation, labor law, and family law. This position is ideal for a professional who no longer wishes to litigate, as it offers the opportunity to focus on legal training and the continuous improvement of legal concepts for in‑house lawyers. Under the supervision of the Director of Legal Services, this role ensures the quality of legal interventions and supports the team on a daily basis. The person in this role supervises activities, listens to calls, and provides constructive feedback while coaching and guiding team members to help them grow. They also create and deliver training sessions, update tools and internal documentation, facilitate onboarding of new colleagues, and evaluate team performance. Autonomy, professionalism, and strong priority management. Solid legal expertise to ensure quality and compliance of services.
