We specialize in campaigns that connect with northern audiences while meeting national standards of quality and creativity.Having started in Yellowknife in 1975, we have grown into the North’s largest and longest-established marketing firm—recognized for blending local knowledge with creative expertise to deliver results that matter.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design projects from initial concept through project completion.Work closely with internal team members and clients to develop integrated creative solutions across media platforms.Stay informed on design trends and Northern community events and culture.Deliver polished, high-impact creative within timelines and budget.Review work carefully to ensure accuracy and quality before final delivery.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign marketing materials—crafting themes and individual designs tailored to project goals.Manage and produce client deliverables efficiently.Adhere to deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining high creative standards.Participate actively in team and client meetings.Qualifications & SkillsDegree or diploma in graphic design, communication design, or a related field (preferred).At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, including use of styles, layers, masters, and print/web production workflows.Strong creative intuition combined with organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Flexible and analytical mindset to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.Excellent communication—both written and verbal—with meticulous attention to detail.Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to work overtime or travel occasionally as needed.Commitment to upholding the organization’s standards of quality.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Time Tracking – Accurate logging of billable and internal project hours (monitored via Function Point).Billable Utilization – Reach 70% billable time within six months.Quality Assurance – Deliver creative work that consistently meets internal standards (evaluated by manager).Time Management – Complete tasks within projected hours and meet 100% of deadlines (reviewed by manager). #J-18808-Ljbffr
