Salary up to $50,000/year Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision care Opportunity for career advancement within a global leader in commerce solutions Flexible remote work option available, with a requirement to be based in the GTA for easy access to Toronto business locations Supportive work environment focused on continuous improvement and performance enhancement What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations Prepare customized POS test scripts and verify results throughout the testing process Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers with variances Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and project managers Conduct testing and analysis of POS systems in compliance with payment requirements from major card companies What is Required (Qualifications) High School diploma and post‑secondary education or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Bilingual (French/English) is required Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specification and report delivery Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24 Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX Strong problem‑solving and investigation skills Willingness to take ownership of work and continuously improve performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
