Your main responsibilities include:* Develop, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies.* Collaborate with other managers across Canada to ensure a consistent service approach.* Improve processes to better support your team and clients, actively participating in Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS).* Plan and execute projects related to the implementation of new tools or technologies.* Coach and guide your team to strengthen understanding of strategies and tools.* Lead regular alignment meetings between the service team and corresponding sales team to strengthen market insight, enhance collaboration, and ensure a unified presence when presenting.* Ensure client satisfaction within your direct team and address any escalations or improvement opportunities.**What will help you succeed in this role**We are looking for someone who:* Holds a university degree in a relevant field.* Has solid knowledge of capital accumulation plans, defined benefit plans, and investments.* Possesses proven experience in management and leadership, as well as in developing customer service strategies.* Demonstrates expertise in retirement plans and strong technical skills.* Understands Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS).* Excels in communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills.* Shows strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build high-performing teams.* Is highly motivated by new challenges.* Has an advanced level of French, both written and spoken.* Has an intermediate level of English, as the person will need to communicate by email and videoconference with English-speaking team members on a weekly basis.
