Originate syndicated financing opportunities across diversified industry sectors Structure senior debt and asset-based lending transactions Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and credit assessments Manage syndicated financing portfolios and monitor emerging risks Build relationships with banks, lawyers, advisors, and referral partners Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, accounting, or related discipline Minimum five years in corporate lending or syndicated financing Experience structuring senior debt and complex financing transactions Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS English and French bilingualism, spoken and written Bring syndicated financing, credit analysis, and portfolio risk expertise to BDC’s Wholesale Finance team supporting Canadian businesses.
