Olive Fertility Centre, part of The Fertility Partners network, is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a contract basis for a minimum of six (6) months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role will support recruitment across a range of clinical positions and may be performed remotely.The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and support timely and effective hiring outcomes. Experience recruiting within healthcare or other regulated environments is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination with the on-site HR GeneralistsPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needsPost job advertisements and proactively source candidates using multiple channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection processCollaborate with on-site HR Generalists to facilitate offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment requirementsEnsure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate recruitment records and tracking metricsEnsure recruitment activities align with internal policies and applicable employment standardsProvide recruitment insights and recommendations to support ongoing hiring needsRequired Skills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practicesAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detailAbility to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential informationProficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing toolsAbility to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsiveEducation and ExperiencePost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruitmentExperience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
