Job Description TD Canada Trust serves more than 11 million customers nationwide, offering a full range of financial products via branch, phone, internet and automated machines. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist you will build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence, targeting referrals and growing the mortgage book. Responsibilities Develop and nurture client relationships to achieve sales targets. Utilize TD’s sales management system to track leads, opportunities and performance. Participate in targeted sales training, credit knowledge education and monthly coaching sessions with a Sales Manager. Coordinate joint sales calls and collaborate closely with the sales team. Qualifications Proven sales track record in mortgage or related financial services. Strong capabilities in developing and maintaining client relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, strategic approach to building a customer base. Self‑starter, independent and self‑managed in a fast‑paced, competitive market. Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and relationship‑management skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication. Post‑secondary education (preferred).
