  • Being responsible for the detailed design, manufacturing and installation of the whole seat components assembly process
  • Work with equipment manufacturer on the automation layout to incorporate all quality requirements
  • Optimize the efficiency of operators working with Industrial engineering department
  • Coordinate with Logistics on material flow subjects
    • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
    • Proven experience in the automotive seat manufacturing industry (major manufacturers)
    • Extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the assembly process and equipment used in seat manufacturing.
    • Strong background in process, production, and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a proactive and productive work environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
