Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Establish the 9 am to 5 pm routine, including:
  • Receiving designs promptly.
  • Developing process execution strategies for seat assembly.
  • Providing insights into workflow and critical stations.

Must-Haves:

  • Substantial experience in automotive seat construction within the Canadian sector.
  • Familiarity with Canadian-specific certifications such as CAC, TAC, TTA.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to assertively manage suppliers and maintain project timelines.
