Base pay may vary by skills, experience, location and business needs. Job Description TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks highly motivated individuals for a specialized role. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales team handles acquisition of mortgage and home equity line of credit business across Canada. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA), you will provide credit support, handle credit administration, customer service and administrative tasks, enabling Specialists to focus on sales while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Job Details Part‑time position (minimum 15 hours). Reports to the Manager, MMS Assistants. Work primarily remote, from home or a TD location. Flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated MMS. Key Accountabilities Customer Maximize support in credit administration. Maintain relationships with partners, follow up, respond to questions, and ensure issues are handled appropriately. Gather client documentation after initial meeting and process applications. Process work volumes accurately and efficiently, supporting specialist timelines. Support the customer journey through deal processing and clarify product policy details. Shareholder Validate documentation per internal processes and regulations. Help meet credit quality objectives and individual targets. Process transactions on time to meet or exceed timeline commitments. Collaborate with administrative support groups for credit decision processes. Support sales goals and operational excellence initiatives. Escalate high‑risk or non‑standard transactions as needed. Adhere to Bank Code of Conduct and full mortgage suite product knowledge. Employee / Team Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing. Support teamwork, quality, innovation and maintain a positive work environment. Engage in performance management, coaching and professional development. Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally. Contribute to a diverse and equitable workplace. Breadth & Depth Customer service skills for routine activities and multi‑step transactions. Broad understanding of the basic product suite. Recognize how duties relate to other teams and integrate processes. Identify and address standard issues, escalating as required. Improve services and processes within your work area. Communicate clearly and precisely about product and process details. Report to a Manager or higher level. What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year in a client‑facing or administrative role. Mortgage/credit lending experience. Superior computer and technology skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, self‑starter capable of independent, multi‑tasking work. Excellent time‑management skills to meet/exceed SLA expectations. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
