The Systems Analyst is expected to perform day-to-day operational activities, including application monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and implementing changes following the IMITS change control process. The Systems Analyst may also be required to assist with project deliverables.ResponsibilitiesConfiguration & Customization: Tailoring applications to meet specific business needs.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving application-related problems.Upgrades & Patch Management: Testing software updates and ensuring compatibility.Requirements Gathering: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.Workflow Analysis: Evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Data Analysis & Reporting: Reports, and data extracts to support decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with clinical, business, and technical teams to align application functionality with operational goals.Change Management Support: Assisting with training, documentation, and communication during system changes.Day-to-day application and operational support.Application monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and test script creation: Utilization of testing tools such as Testrail to document and create testing cases/Scenarios.Assistance with in-flight projects as needed.QualificationsExperience with TeleTracking products like Capacity Management Suite, RTLS & CWS would be an asset.Affinity EarnKnow someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles?
