Senior advisor of business intelligence and credit risk 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants As a senior advisor of business intelligence and credit risk, you help transform data into value-added information to facilitate decision-making within the organization. Your mandate is to help teams make the most of data in order to reach business objectives. You contribute to various mandates and initiatives within the personal credit risk management segment that require access to numerous databases. Analyze and identify user needs, and work on complex data valorization initiatives that add value while taking specific credit risk management issues into account and overseeing their coordination during the rollout. Serve as an expert advisor that helps teams identify and prioritize their needs and identify solutions related to the valorization and interpretation of risk management data. Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analyses for a wide range of complex initiatives and make recommendations to decision‑making bodies, with a focus on data valorization. Identify and analyze major issues. Diagnose issues and formulate recommendations for decision‑making bodies. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor of business administration, mathematics, finance or a related field At least 6 years of relevant experience in personal credit risk management and/or data valorization Experience in analysis, synthesis and simplifying complex data Experience reporting information to executive bodies Knowledge of French is required Knowledge of credit risk management and personal financing Knowledge of SAS, SQL and Power BI tools Knowledge of complex databases and data modelling Soft skills and competencies Action oriented Ambiguity tolerance Communicates effectively Customer Focus Differences appreciation Interpersonal Savvy Nimble learning Strategic mindset Trade Union (If applicable) At Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
