Credit Specialist positions | Updated on January 21, 2025 JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1 year of or related working experience, preferably in equipment financing and credit sales ; Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance or related field; overdue collection experience is preferred; Being bilingual in Chinese is preferred; Frequent business trip required at home and abroad (US, Mexico); Relies on experience & judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Strong time management skills, finance, documentation, and communication skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities; Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment; Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies. RESPONSIBILITY Connect with sales staff to obtain business opportunities and pipeline, give advice on credit sales models and credit proposals. Collect customers' credit application forms and requested documentation, conduct on-site investigation and complete credit report for Canadian and US customers. Participate in credit review conference, follow up with the execution of the decision of credit review conference. Initiate credit sales contract review process and follow up with the contract signing. Implement the risk control measures and collect the related contracts, certificates and other documentations, as well as completing relevant registration process at corresponding authorities. Establish and maintain the business ledger, documentations ledger and customers repayment ledger, Register the pledge and monitor contracts execution and payment collection. Carry out overdue payment collection, initiate equipment repossession process and apply for lawsuits if necessary. Collect signed contracts and credit documents according to company policy and maintain archive records of signed contracts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
