It is a hybrid role. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the execution of the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process from RFP to customer onboarding Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid delivery and client integration Ensure quality and accuracy of customer data shared across departments Drive customer onboarding and product qualification processes Escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimizationProvide training and support on LTO tools and processes Act as a project manager for one-off sales initiatives requiring structured coordination Bring out the best in yourself Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred A minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or project management is highly desirable Excellent computer skills to include MS365, PowerBI reporting, CRM and SAP You are proficient in English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, in English-speaking provinces, and in the United States, and you speak French (an asset).
