OverviewSo what is this employer liaison role you speak of? The employer liaison is a relationship builder and an expert in local employer/employment needs. You work closely with employers and community partners to develop a deep understanding of the local labour market, employer pain points, and barriers for job seekers. You collaborate regularly with your colleagues to help match our skilled job seekers to employment opportunities. In short, you foster connection and offer solutions for problems for our clients and partners.DetailsFull time (35 hours per week)Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8-4. Thursdays 9:30-5:30.
