We love best practices but we aren’t afraid to break them. LANDR is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive the growth, visibility, and reach of our products through high‑impact collaborations. In this role, you’ll build and manage strategic relationships with partners, while also supporting product marketing initiatives that strengthen LANDR’s presence across the music tech ecosystem. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with strategic organizations, including technology providers, resellers, API and channel partners Create and implement comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company objectives Manage a portfolio of 50+ strategic partners while continuously seeking new partnership opportunities Support the negotiation, drafting and execution of partnership and licensing agreements to ensure clear terms and successful long‑term collaboration Design and execute affiliate marketing programs with compelling value propositions Oversee performance metrics and ROI tracking for all partnership initiatives Conduct quarterly partner reviews and maintain detailed reporting on partnership outcomes Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering to optimize joint strategies Foster strong relationships with partners at all organizational levels Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in the music or tech industry Strong knowledge of the music tech industry (vendors, platforms, resellers) Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and managing partnerships (B2B, B2C, co‑marketing, integrations, affiliate/reseller networks); a sales background is a strong asset Proficient with Google Suite Ability to learn quickly and understand LANDR’s products, value propositions, and creator workflows Excellent spoken and written English, as most of our partners operate in that language Candidate profile Relationship‑driven; strong ability to build trust with partners Organized, able to manage multiple partnerships and priorities Proactive, resourceful, comfortable navigating ambiguity Strong strategic thinking and opportunity‑spotting skills Collaborative; works well with other departments Here are a few perks that we enjoy at LANDR: Competitive compensation, based on your role, experience and expertise Health insurance coverage, with access to a doctor via Maple and to an Employee Assistance Program (via Homewood) Frequent office and social events (Catering on Monday, Bagel Tuesdays, 5@7, etc.) Your birthday is a free day Annual public transit (Montreal employees) & sport activity allowance Participation in our retirement savings plans, with LANDR matching up to 2% of salary Free access to the LANDR products Access to your music studio located in Montreal, to record or practice Open office space in Downtown close to Square‑Victoria Metro Station Possibility to join the LANDR Band Partnerships with local music events & festivals (MUTEK, Pop Montreal, Igloofest…) At LANDR, we don’t just accept diversity, we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community.
