Your New Role and Team Sanctuary, a world leader in developing AI-based control systems for humanoid robots, is hiring a Buyer, Procurement Operations to support our growing engineering and operations teams. This is a foundational role within our Supply Chain function, directly contributing to how we source and deliver materials, components, and services that enable our robots to come to life. You’ll work closely with a supportive Senior Buyer and collaborate across multiple technical teams to manage order processing and procurement execution—ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented purchasing of materials and supplies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and working with data and systems, and is eager to build a long-term career in supply chain within a company shaping the future of robotics. Success Criteria Support high-volume, detail-driven order processing with accuracy and accountability. Demonstrate strong ERP system experience (NetSuite experience is an asset). Maintain and continuously improve procurement workflows as we transition from Procurify to NetSuite. Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure smooth and timely material flow. Keep clear, organized, and traceable records of purchase orders, vendor communications, and delivery tracking. Take ownership of assigned procurement tasks and demonstrate initiative in problem solving. Handle data entry and reporting with consistency and care. Your Experience and Qualifications Diploma or certificate in business, supply chain, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, ideally in a manufacturing or electronics environment (e.g., PCBA, machining, or electromechanical components). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Understanding of procurement workflows, documentation, and approval processes. Comfortable in fast-paced, process-driven environments with multiple stakeholders. Exposure to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is considered an asset. Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large data sets (Excel / Google Sheets). Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes. A mindset for continuous improvement and process standardization. Traits Reliable, organized, and proactive—someone who takes pride in accuracy. Comfortable balancing routine tasks with ongoing change as systems evolve. Eager to learn and develop a long-term career within procurement and supply chain. Positive and adaptable when working with cross-functional engineering teams. A genuine interest in enabling technologies that bring human-like intelligence to machines. Working at Sanctuary AI Sanctuary AI is an equal opportunity employer; employment with Sanctuary AI is governed based on skills, competence, and qualifications and will not be influenced in any way by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability, or any other legally protected status. Our commitment to fairness ensures that our total compensation consistently surpasses market standards. About Sanctuary AI Founded in 2018, Sanctuary builds humanoid robots and a novel control system for them that integrates symbolic logic and reasoning with data-driven robot foundation models. We use our robots to collect vision, audio, touch, and proprioception data from the perspective of the robot while they perform real-world work tasks. We use that data to train multimodal robot foundation models. Because our systems are vertically integrated, we can design, deploy, and refine at scale. Our mission is to create the world’s first human-like intelligence in general-purpose robots. #J-18808-Ljbffr
