Since 2002, CSN has grown to become the leader in collision repair with 230 collision repair centres across Canada.SummaryThe Field Operations Manager - Ontario is the primary point of contact for CSN Licensees within their designated region. The position reports directly to the FOM-Team Lead and will work with other FOMs and FTAs in Ontario. The FOM will help licensees grow and perform by working with other departments within CSN to help licensees improve their business operations by leveraging the CSN System, which includes (i) partnerships with insurers, OEMs and vendors, (ii) local and digital marketing tools and (iii) operational support tools.ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for CSN Licensees in the designated Ontario regionUnderstand store needs and work with the FOM-Team Lead, or other CSN departments when necessary, to ensure that these needs are metMeet with each store on a quarterly basis to ensure that the store is getting the most out of the CSN System; topics include overall business growth and performance, performance on insurance programs, utilization of vendors, marketing programs, software, training, and other CSN System components, new CSN initiatives, review of outstanding issues, and identification of strategic action items with timingLead virtual and in-person regional meetings (up to three per year) and assist with the CSN annual conferenceCollaborate with the FOM-Team Lead to identify strategies to maximize CSN System utilizationWork with CSN teams to execute strategies or suggest changes to the CSN SystemResolve store concerns and high-urgency issues originating from CSN corporate teams, providing clear direction in a timely mannerEscalate complex case management issues to the FOM-Team Lead and assist with case management and file auditing when necessaryBuild and support licensee training, develop content, and record micro trainingsReport progress and activity to the FOM-Team Lead monthly, with summaries on: aged cases (over 30 days), engagement challenges with stores, and KPI performance vs. targetsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industryPost-secondary or Trade School education with a focus in business or a field related to the collision repair industry is an assetMinimum 3 years' estimating experience on Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup as it applies to estimatingMust have a valid driver's licenseTravel RequirementsRole is remote but requires travel to meet with stores in Ontario, attend industry events, and training meetingsIn-person meetings with CSN Licensees are expected to represent 40%-50% of the time, with 20-30 days per year requiring overnightsSuccessful candidate will work from a home office and have access to a personal vehicle; a vehicle allowance will cover use, maintenance and insuranceBenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus programCompetitive benefits packageOpportunity to grow, develop, and manage your career pathDisclaimerThis job description may not include all duties and responsibilities and will evolve as CSN grows.
