New Value Solutions, an IT consulting firm, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight, governance, planning, coordination, change management, and successful delivery through all stages, from procurement through post-go-live stabilization. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of ERP implementation: procurement, initiation, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Chair the Project Management Office (PMO) and coordinate governance reporting. Act as the primary liaison between the City, ERP vendor(s), and internal teams. Facilitate vendor demos, contract negotiations, and integration planning. Provide regular updates to the Governance Committee and Leadership Team. Track milestones, risks, and deliverables. Support communication and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition. Monitor scope, schedule, and cost to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation project management. Proven track record with municipal or public sector ERP projects. Strong knowledge of Finance and HR modules (GL, AP, AR, Payroll, Budgeting). Expertise in data migration, integrations, and vendor management. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
