You will work across teams to manage customer engagement, timelines, scope, and outcomes while helping customers make decisions that align with their technical and business objectives. As an Associate Engagement Manager, you will work with AWS Professional Services, a global team focused on enabling customers to achieve successful business outcomes using the AWS Cloud. You will collaborate with customer teams and AWS Partner Network (APN) partners to support cloud initiatives, provide best practices, and help close gaps in execution. About the role: Associate Engagement Manager This role involves coordinating AWS cloud product delivery and helping customers navigate strategic decisions as they adopt cloud solutions. You will track project schedules, deliverables, financials, and outcomes while ensuring alignment with AWS frameworks and customer contracts. You will support enterprise cloud adoption through structured engagement planning, communication, and guidance.
