This role is crucial in the expansion of Chrono Innovation, requiring expertise in prospecting, closing deals, and managing the sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & ProspectingIdentifying, qualifying, and reaching out to new clients using existing lists and developing new opportunities.Conducting intensive prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, networking) to generate qualified leads.Being present in the market: attending forums, webinars, and events to identify sales opportunities.Developing an effective sales strategy and managing the full sales cycle.Leading negotiations and closing deals to maximize sales opportunities.Tracking and optimizing performance using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Internal Collaboration & Client Follow-upWorking closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance sales efforts.Ensuring thorough client follow-up to increase retention and upsell opportunities.Team Structure and CollaborationReporting Line : This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and involves close collaboration with the Product Division, as well as the Leadership and Sales Division.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 7 years in B2B sales, ideally in the tech or SaaS industry.Prospecting & Closing Expertise: Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.CRM Mastery: Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tools.Negotiation & Pipeline Management: Strong experience in developing and converting sales opportunities.Understanding of the Tech Market and SaaS solutions.Go-getter: Results-driven, persistent, and motivated by performance.Resilience & Autonomy: Ability to work proactively without constant supervision.Communication & Persuasion: Excellent ability to convince and negotiate.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-growing environment.Bilingual (English/French) – Must be comfortable working in both languages; French proficiency of 7/10 is sufficient for the role.Key AssetsAbility to target, approach, and convince technical and financial decision-makers.Experience within a Big Four or in a consulting firm specializing in R&D, with a structured approach to technological and financial challenges.Experience in selling technology solutions to CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, and CFOs, with a deep understanding of their strategic and operational needs.You are a good fit ifYou are not just a salesperson—you are a closer.
