Come join our teamWhat You'll DoCollaborate with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer Experience and engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process.Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Product DesignProvide feedback to collaborators at multiple levels of the organization.Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.To create wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes.Design and build B2C and B2B related pages in AEMWhat You'll BringProven experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Experience working with design systemsExperience building pages in AEMProficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.Great analytical and problem-solving skills.Great communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.A passion for creating user-centered products.Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.Optional But Beneficial ExperienceFront-end development experience in AEMCopywriting experienceBilingualism (English and French) is considered an assetPlease note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
