Role Responsibilities Seeking legal professionals interested in constitutional and aboriginal law, with advisory and litigation experience, especially litigators. The team provides strategic legal advice and handles complex litigation involving constitutional and aboriginal matters, including the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Constitution Act, 1867, the Alberta Bill of Rights, and more. Qualifications A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (JD) is required, with accreditation if obtained outside Canada. Active membership or immediate eligibility with the Law Society of Alberta is necessary. Experience Four to 11+ years of related experience, depending on the classification level. Candidates should demonstrate strong legal, research, advocacy, and client relationship skills, with experience in administrative or regulatory law preferred.
