Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Project Supervisor Lambton College is located on the traditional territory of the Ojibwe, Potawatomi and Odawa Nations and has served learners and communities for nearly 60 years. With the "All In" 2025‑2029 Strategic Plan, the college is focused on providing the best learning and research experiences and fostering a vibrant culture of community, collegiality, and professional growth. About the Position Temporary, part‑time administrative role reporting to the Associate Director, Co‑Operative Education & Experiential Learning. 18 hours per week, hourly rate $37.68. • Effective January 12, 2026 – end April 25, 2026. • Hybrid work: in‑person portion at Lambton College Centre for Graduate Studies, Ottawa, Ontario; the remainder remote. Responsibilities 16 hours per week of scheduled supervision of professional teams. Coach and support young professionals toward increased personal and professional success. Uphold and administer office policies and procedures. Coach and adhere to office health and safety regulations. Provide timely feedback. Ensure consistent communication with teams, establishing one mandatory tool (MS Teams/LMS). Conduct weekly individual and team meetings as necessary. Qualifications Completion of a Bachelor's Degree.
