Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Project Supervisor Position: Temporary part‑time administration role reporting to the Associate Director, Co‑Operative Education & Experiential Learning. 18 hours per week at an hourly rate of $37.68. Effective January 12, 2026 to April 25, 2026. Role Summary: A WIL Project Supervisor manages and guides performance for WIL students and teams. During 16 hours of weekly supervision, the Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact, coach, and supervisor, meeting weekly with the WIL Project team, delivering professional development sessions, and contributing to student success. Work Setting: Combination of in‑person and remote work. The in‑person portion is based at the Lambton College Centre for Graduate Studies located at St. Paul’s University campus in Ottawa, Ontario. Specific Accountabilities 16 hours per week of scheduled supervision of professional teams Coach and support young professionals toward increased personal and professional success Uphold and administer office policies and procedures Coach and adhere to office health and safety regulations Provide timely feedback Ensure consistent communication with teams, establishing one method of communication as the mandatory tool (MS Teams/LMS) Conduct weekly individual and team meetings as necessary Qualifications Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 3 years working as a direct supervisor Employee Perks Competitive total compensation packages, wages and benefits.
