Senior Client Relationship Manager - TorontoTorontoWe are looking for an experiencedSeniorClient Relationship Manager who will interact and manage a portfolio of clients offering them advice and support on managing risk in diverse Foreign Exchange (FX) markets. As a part of Convera’s Client Account Management team based inCanada, you will offer business-to-business client's opportunities to mitigate the impact of unfavorable FX moves on their bottom line whilst helping to generate revenue and hitting your own targets.ResponsibilitiesDelivering an excellent client experience to a portfolio of approximately 60 to 80 Corporate Canadian customers.Managing and transacting a wide range of FX deals across our broad product range, you’ll be tasked with retaining clients as well as maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Able to draw on advice and expertise from across the business you’ll be responsible for making excellent business decisions and rewarded accordingly through a generous and transparent bonus scheme.Achieving and surpassing your targets you’ll need to be proactive, regularly contacting and meeting up with customers and being aware of their specific requirements and how we might be able to serve them best.RequirementsProven track record of selling and account management within the FX space.Able to provide clear explanations of different options FX strategies that have helped you exceed sales targets in previous roles.Your confident and can-do attitude will fit well within the team and will be complemented by your ambition to succeed.Knowledge of FX products and services is a must, and we’ll expect you to be able to discuss your experience and knowledge of account management during the interview process.About ConveraConvera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.
