Automation & Process Innovation Create intelligent automation workflows using Make (Integromat) or Zapier, enhanced with AI capabilities Develop predictive alerting systems for performance monitoring and anomaly detection Design and maintain AI-powered Slack integrations for automated reporting and notifications Implement error handling and monitoring systems to ensure workflow resilience Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI tools to improve automation efficiency

Strategic Leadership Guide A/B testing strategy using AI-enhanced statistical analysis Provide AI-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation Train team members on utilizing AI-enhanced analytics tools and dashboards Ensure data privacy compliance while implementing AI security measures Stay current with emerging AI technologies and marketing analytics trends

Technical Requirements Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and marketing analytics platforms Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks Expertise in data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Tableau) Knowledge of automation platforms (Make/Integromat, Zapier) Understanding of marketing APIs and data integration Familiarity with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

General Requirements 3+ years experience in marketing analytics or related field Fluent in English (speaking + writing) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience implementing AI solutions in a business context Excellence in data accuracy and process optimization Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
