We are seeking a Relationship Manager responsible for maintaining and growing advisory relationships with our highest value members. You will lead holistic relationship management practices, proactively engaging members, managing pipelines, and collaborating with our line of business specialists to meet financial needs. What you’ll do : Assess members’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, and needs to provide tailored advice. Create holistic financial strategies covering investments, lending, protection, and day-to-day banking across multiple channels. Facilitate referrals to trusted partners, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining trust. Retain and grow our segment of high-value members across all lines of business. Promptly address product maturities and handle leads with a holistic, advice-based approach to help members achieve their goals. Execute holistic, advice-based financial strategies to fulfill complex lending, investment, protection, and banking needs. Maintain accurate records of member interactions, advice, and transactions, complying with policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Understand registered products, including tax implications, and develop strategies for term deposits balancing liquidity and returns. Support a positive member experience and provide backup support to other team roles when needed. What you bring : At least 3 years in financial services, including 1 year in an advisory role. Experience with mortgage lending and mutual fund sales. Mutual funds licensed. Strong financial knowledge and product expertise. Experience in a professional financial advisory sales environment. Understanding of retail lending, including complex mortgages. Experience developing holistic financial plans and selling mutual funds. Ability to build relationships and provide advice across various member situations. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency with technology tools. What We Offer : Competitive total compensation package, including base salary and incentives, starting from $60,300 to $67,000 based on experience and internal equity.
