Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our OPERATIONS team at Windsor 1 Manufacturing as a: PRODUCTION MANAGER As a part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with skilled professionals who share your enthusiasm for creating world-class products. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies to foster a safe working environment. Develop and implement production schedules in line with company objectives and customer expectations. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to optimize their performance and professional growth. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on production priorities and goals. Ensure personal and associate awareness of all quality and business-related operating systems(ISO/IATF). Preferred Qualifications for a Manufacturing Innovator Post secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A combination of education, training and years' working experience will be considered. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production management role within the manufacturing sector. Proven track record in implementing process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency. Strong understanding of production management software and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position offers a compensation range of $105,000 - $125,000, dependent on skills and experience.
