Présentation du Poste :
Nous recherchons un Designer Associé passionné et créatif pour rejoindre notre équipe de design. Ce rôle soutiendra la conception et le développement de nos collections pour femmes, hommes et accessoires. Le candidat(e) idéal(e) apportera une vision pour la mode, une solide compréhension des tendances actuelles et un engagement envers les pratiques de design durable. Ce rôle nécessite une approche rapide et flexible du design. Le domaine de travail principal sera notre branche du Mass Market.
Responsabilités Principales :
• Travailler en collaboration avec le Responsable du Design et l'équipe de design pour créer des designs innovants et en adéquation avec la marque pour les collections femmes, hommes et accessoires.
• Aider à la recherche et au développement des tendances saisonnières, des tissus, des couleurs et des garnitures.
• Contribuer au processus de conception, du concept au produit final, y compris le croquis, la création de dessins techniques et le développement de fiches techniques détaillées.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement produit pour s'assurer que les designs sont exécutés conformément aux spécifications, aux normes de qualité et aux objectifs de durabilité.
• Participer aux essayages et fournir des recommandations sur la construction des vêtements, l'ajustement et les ajustements de style.
• Aider à la création de ‘moodboards’, de présentations et de ‘linesheets’ pour les présentations internes et externes.
• Gérer plusieurs projets de design simultanément, en veillant à respecter les délais.
• Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie, de la concurrence sur le marché et des préférences des consommateurs, en apportant des idées et des perspectives nouvelles à l'équipe.
• Soutenir la ligne d'accessoires en contribuant à la conception et au développement de sacs, en veillant à ce qu'ils complètent les collections de vêtements.
• Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et merchandising pour aligner les designs de produits avec la vision de la marque et les objectifs commerciaux.
• Maintenir des archives précises et organisées de tous les matériaux liés au design, y compris les croquis, les prototypes et les échantillons de tissus.
Qualifications :
• Diplôme en Design de Mode, Design Textile ou un domaine connexe.
• 2-4 ans d'expérience en design de mode, de préférence avec une expérience dans les domaines femme, homme et accessoires.
• Portfolio de design solide montrant une gamme de compétences créatives et techniques.
• Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) et d'autres logiciels de design.
• Compréhension de la construction des vêtements, de la fabrication de patrons et des propriétés textiles.
• Connaissance des pratiques de design durable et passion pour la mode éco-responsable.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe.
• Compétences organisationnelles solides et attention aux détails.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Associate Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role will support the design and development of our women’s, men’s, and accessories lines. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for fashion, a strong understanding of current trends, and a commitment to sustainable design practices. This role requires a fast-paced approach and flexibility in design. The primary area of support will be in our Mass Market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Design and design team to create innovative and on-brand designs for women’s, men’s, and accessories collections.
- Assist in the research and development of seasonal trends, fabrics, colors, and trims.
- Contribute to the design process from concept to final product, including sketching, creating technical drawings, and developing detailed tech packs.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are executed according to specifications, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
- Participate in fittings and provide input on garment construction, fit, and styling adjustments.
- Assist in creating mood boards, presentations, and line sheets for internal and external presentations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and consumer preferences, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
- Support the accessories line by contributing to the design and development of bags, ensuring they complement the apparel collections.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align product designs with brand vision and commercial objectives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all design-related materials, including sketches, prototypes, and fabric samples.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably with experience in women’s, men’s, and accessories.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative and technical skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
- Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textile properties.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and a passion for eco-friendly fashion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
