Angelcare is currently seeking an HR People and Culture Business Partner to support the HR team and internal partners on both operational and strategic activities, while contributing to the structuring of HR initiatives in an international environment.In this role, you will act as an HR Business Partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on day-to-day HR practices and supporting the execution of the organization’s HR priorities. You will also contribute to the standardization and alignment of HR practices globally, while respecting local realities and requirements.The People & Culture team supports employees across five countries (Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and France). This position offers a great opportunity to work on high-impact HR initiatives and to actively contribute to the evolution of HR practices in an international context.Key responsibilitiesAct as an HR Business Partner and advisor to managers and employees.Support the execution of HR strategic initiatives and priorities.Contribute to the standardization of HR policies, processes, and tools.Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.Participate in payroll-related operations and ensure follow-up on employee benefits.Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.Support health and safety–related HR activities, including coordination with plant stakeholders, compliance follow-up, and workers’ compensation processes.Contribute to initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, and well-being.Ensure compliance with HR practices in a multi-country environment.Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain).Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources required (HR certification such as CHRP/CRHA is an asset).Relevant experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.Experience with payroll and benefits administration.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented approach.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.Fluency in English required; French is an asset, given the international context. #J-18808-Ljbffr
