Overview Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Performance Auto Group is a leading automotive group serving Southern Ontario with over 2000 employees, 23 brands and 44 locations in Brampton, Brantford, Bolton, Grimsby, Mississauga, Orangeville, St. Catharines, Huntsville and Toronto. We have the largest selection of domestic brands and carry hundreds of quality pre-owned cars, and we are committed to initiatives that drive change for our community. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, show consideration and respect to customers, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Answer customer service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keep customers informed with vehicle delivery and pickup. Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable. Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees. Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer, and in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). Qualifications Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. Previous sales experience is preferred; OMVIC certification is a requirement. Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills. Sound computer skills; digital and social media experience. Excellent listening and communication skills. May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs. Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. Team oriented with a positive attitude. What’s in it for you?
