We make all of our sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl replacement windows and exterior doors at our 150,000 sq. ft. factory in beautiful Peterborough, Ontario. Please note that retail sales experience will not be considered for this role. You must have outside sales experience.

**_ This role is a full 8% uncapped commission role with bonuses. The 'On Target Earning' (OTE) range for this role is approximately $100,000 CAD per year._**

**What you will be doing**:
This is a key position designed to generate profitable growth in our Sunroom division. We are looking for engaged sales professionals to attend scheduled appointments with new and existing customers, assessing their needs, educating on our products and providing guidance to a unique design and solution. We want to make our customers dreams come true

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel within an assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers at designated appointment times assigned by the company.
- Using an Ipad and other samples present the product to the potential customer with the intent of making the sale.
- Use creative solutions to help make the customers dream sunroom come true.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Strategically negotiate with customers to close sales, using current promotions and Financing options available.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education in related field
- Highly motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Evening availability required
- Ability to read blueprints

**Experience**
- 3-5 years of commission sales is recommended.
- 5 years construction experience
- Understanding of Ontario Building Codes
