If you have experience managing the full accounting cycle, have worked in a public company, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you Advantages 35 hour workweek with flexible hours 3 weeks vacation Hybrid work mode (Tuesdays and Thursdays from home) On-site gym for your well-being Health, dental, and vision insurance Responsibilities Managing the full accounting cycle for a property portfolio. Preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports. Overseeing cash management to maintain optimal balances. Handling year-end tenant reconciliations for realty tax and CAM billings. Assisting in budget preparation in collaboration with other departments. Communicating with external stakeholders and providing financial insights. Qualifications A college or university degree in financial accounting or related field. 5+ years of experience in real estate. Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting. Excel skills.
