A Day in the Life We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the financial and operational rigor of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure that demand, supply, and financial plans are aligned. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, operational curiosity, modelling and data‑mining skills, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that influence decision‑making within the monthly IBP cycle. Responsibilities IBP Support & Operational Finance Analytics & Scenario Modeling Cross‑Functional Collaboration Performance Management & Reporting Process Improvement & Financial Modelling Salary Range $81,600 – $102,000 Specialist Career Stream Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.ṣiṣẹ majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation – while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects/processes. Organizational Impact: May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area. Exchanges information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision‑making. Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product. cev Knowledge and Experience Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Required Qualifications KNOWLED hearings EDU Advanced degree. Completion of CPA program an asset. JOB EXPERIENCE Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree, or; Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable and articulate in presenting financial results to a large audience. Ability to present financial information to non‑financial audience. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity. Ability to manage several projects or tasks. Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong influence management skills. Advanced Excel required (macros, pivot tables). Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize systems/data to produce insightful analysis and drive prudent recommendations. DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION Working knowledge of SAP. Working knowledge of GSR (Global Sales Reporting). Working knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase.
